Roy Shifrin

Roy Shifrin was born in New York City. A graduate of The Cooper Union School of Art in Manhattan, he has produced some of the largest public sculpture commissions in America and Europe, an extensive body of domestic size bronzes, and a wide variety of drawings and graphics. His works are respresented in both the United States and in Europe.

Commissions include fourteen major public works; one of the largest bronze sculptures in Barcelona, Spain; other major works in these two cities as well as in Orlando, Battle Creek, San Antonio, San Diego, and Badajaz, Spain, among others.

Exhibitions include five individual exhibitions in New York City, five in London, seven in Barcelona, and extensive group shows on both sides of the Atlantic. His works form a part of many museum and private collections.
